the room was spacious. it was adequate for my stay.

the air conditioning wasn't very strong, and it took a long time to cool the room. the location wasn't the best because there wasn't a direct street to the beach, and part of the road to the hotel wasn't paved well. also, the reception didn't let anyone book tours.

I found the location quite convenient. Many attractions were easily accessible. the staff was helpful, and they always greeted me with a smile. the on-site restaurant served delicious food, especially the breakfast buffet. i really liked the swimming pool. It was clean and well kept and i appreciated having a refreshing dip after exploring all day.

the television in my room was a bit outdated, i think a newer model would greatly enhance the viewing experience.

the staff was super approachable and helpful. free water on every floor is amazing. soft and comfy beds and pillows made my family love the spacious room with an awesome balcony view.

the wifi was terrible. i used my phone data instead because connecting to their wifi made me want to pull my hair out. it barely connected.

the room was huge and very spacious. comfy beds were present. perfect aircondition was available.

i stayed here for three nights. we knew that the hotel is a non smoking hotel. we smoked outside the hotel entrance but instead of throwing cigarette buds outside we collected them and put them in a box so that we can throw all at once in a dustbin. the hotel staff started saying that we smoked in the room.

the hotel generally and the bathroom specifically had an unpleasant smell. also, there was no phone to contact the reception.
